Unable to Register For CnC online account even with Revora Account

Hi all,

 

I am needing a small help, I have a registered for a Revora account which successfully have been created.

 

However at C&C online website, when I try to register an account there, the following error message is attached.

 

 

Seeking advice on how to resolve this faced issues.
