CNC-online no longer support the game generals Online.
Below the announcement that was made:

09-Jan-26
C&C:Online is Passing the Torch It’s been… what? Nearly 12 years or around roughly 401,049,600 seconds since C&C:Online first launched with support for Command & Conquer: Generals Zero Hour. From day one, we stepped in to fill a critical gap that was opened by the GameSpy decline and subsequent shutdown. With the continued support of an incredible community and the dedication of many talented individuals, we were able not only to sustain Zero Hour, but to continuously improve it ultimately restoring the full GameSpy-era experience for players. Over the years, the Zero Hour community has proven itself to be immensely important and highly active, spearheading the development of numerous tools and technologies that significantly enhanced the player experience. Even during periods of unfortunate inactivity on the C&C:Online side, we continued to peacefully coexist with alternative solutions such as Radmin and GameRanger, focusing on what mattered most: helping players whose games didn’t work as expected and providing general support for all things Zero Hour. With the release of the Zero Hour source code in early 2025 (our sincere thanks to CCHyper for making this possible), the SuperHacker team immediately got to work, pouring countless hours into development fixing old bugs making needed adjustments to ancient code and breathing new life and air into our beloved gem Shortly after the source release, GeneralsOnline presented their first public release. Being more than just another GameSpy emulator GeneralsOnline revisioned ZeroHour multiplayer not only being on par with the original GameSpy experience but bringing ZeroHour multiplayer to a modern level and support. As of December 2025, GeneralsOnline has not only reached full parity with the original GameSpy functionality, but has also firmly established itself within the community. The GO team continues to work on it at impressive speeds with incredible talented people by their side. Their continued development, incredible cooperation with different community projects and their reliability as a service are the reasons that after internal discussions and in close coordination with our friends at GeneralsOnline we have decided that C&C:Online will retire its services for Command & Conquer: Generals and Zero Hour on January 15th, 2026, and fully migrate those services to GeneralsOnline. GeneralsOnline has our direct support and endorsement and we are happy to be working together with them in this transition! What does this mean?
  • Our website has already been updated to point users to GeneralsOnline
  • As of January 15th, our servers will deny incoming connections from Generals and Zero Hour
  • FairPlay proceedings for Zero Hour, managed by GameReplays, will conclude on January 15th
  • C&C:Online will continue to provide technical support for Command & Conquer: Generals – Zero Hour, particularly for:
    • Players wishing to experience the original game as they remember it
    • Players trying to run the game on modern systems
However, for multiplayer services going forward, players will be primarily referred to GeneralsOnline and their team. We are exploring options to have Generals Online staff marked on our Discord server so they are able to assist and advice users that will continue to hit our discord. It is gonna take some time for 12years of guides and links on the internet to migrate to GO and we are ready to help new and returning users every step on the way to migrate as smooth as possible to GeneralsOnline Thank you to everyone who supported C&C:Online over the years. The torch is now passed, and Zero Hour is in excellent hands. We wish our friends at GeneralsOnline all the best!! Make sure to visit GeneralsOnline and pread the word!!! https://www.playgenerals.online/ Support and updates will be provided here: https://discord.gg/the-domi-nation-442392603338735619
