My friend and I are getting a connection error; we can't connect and start the game. We've tried everything, including turning off the firewall, etc. Please help

game ver: 1.02 steam

send delay option tried.

no vpn. (also tried with kaspersky premium vpn)

Playing this game online on the Revora network requires a public IPv4 address.
Unfortunately, some ISPs don't provide this and use CGNAT instead, which breaks the game's connection.
If your ISP uses CGNAT, you will need to use a VPN to get a working IPv4 address.

In rare cases port forwarding work but you need access to your router and forward the whole range of port UDP only 8088-65535
But in most cases this does not work.

Your best bet is to try a VPN like Privado, which gives you 10GB/month for free.
Don't feel like using a VPN? In some countries, you can request a public IPv4 address from your internet provider.

P.S. Many VPNs don't work with this game, but we have heard positive feedback about Privado.
​If you still can't connect, make sure both you and your friend are using a VPN, and try switching to different countries in your VPN settings.
