I am having a login issue with Red Alert 3. 

 

It says The specified Online ID or account name is already in use.

I have tried this with 2 different account names and get the same result. 

I am currently running the steam version using Tacitus' 1.13.

Operation System: Windows 10 Home

 

It's been many years since I've been here, but it seems we no longer run the C&C Online launcher, Tacitus should be the only thing I require?

There's not much for instructions. It says to carefully read the installation guide here... https://cnc-online.net/en/

Try a different online ID.
​Make sure you do not copy/paste your login credentials directly in the games login window.
Just enter the email and password manually.
