hows this gonna work
i mean is the cart gonna be AI (in which case u would have to always create a coop game) if not wat would happen if a smacktard took controll of da cart???

ok the caravan is a 6 person carrige with the king sitting in the back row (middle seat). The king acts as an NPC and also as the only English spawn point in the map (so bassically if he dies, english will loose the match). Now, the caravan is self controlled (one person sits in the front outside of the caravan controlling the two horses that are pulling it. Three sit inside (front row) facing the king, and two sit side by side with the king facing the three infront.
We were thinking about haveing the caravan being guided (invisible railroad track that caravan follows automatically by simply holding down the foward key) but the assassins have this cool trap called the spring mine in which is laid down on the ground and if someone steps on it or something goes on top of it, that person or vehicle takes dmg. So instead of having your caravan blow up by smart ass assassins, you will have the freedom to control the caravan yourself and try to dodge the spring mines.
About what you said with the people driving the caravan and doing things that would only piss off there team members (such as driving there caravan into a tree), rest assure that we have figured out a way to counter this problem. The path is surrounded by hills that the caravan cannot climb over forcing the player who is driving to follow the path. And we are also going to attempt making it so that if you do hit a tree by accident, the caravan will not suffer any dmg.

Ya, I found some fun screams for us to use. Fun fun fun.

No what I'm saying is give them the properties of hangar material so that when the cart does hit it doesnt blow up.

Eh heh....eh.. can you make sure that the darkness in caravan map isnt so creepy that people wont get spooked, especialy when the assasins come in sight? So that people wont jump in their seats, andcan you make the assasins appearance not *too* creepy? Thanks!
P.S. I'm the kind of person that gets spooked like that, I can barely play Thief 3 Demo at times, it just makes me really on edge.

i was thinking if the carrige can only go on the path couldnt the assasins make a whole lot of booby traps in a line so they cant cross. that would get really annoying. in this level they shouldnt have booby traps
