just to know, if you shoot a guy with an arrow, will the arrow stay on that person (sticking out of his chest)? and will he be "disabled" (if not dead) (walks slower for a period of time, can't attack) if it's possible, it could be fun , as long as it's balanced.

Arrows/Bolts/javalins/throwing knives/throwing axes will stick to w/e they hit. This includes trees, players, walls, siege weapons, vehicles, and the ground.
The second part of your questions would make me reveal something that hasnt been told to the public yet. So i will refraim from answering that but dont worry, we have something in store that will be better then that

For the stuff hiting trees and buildings though, itll have to disappear after a little bit to keep lag down. Otherwise it'll feel like using a midevil comp too. Which could highten the experience. But then I guess you'd need a water wheel and a couple hundreds hamsters and rats to provide the power. And then we can make led into gold

alright goody!
they have to dissapear, i know... almost makes more sense; if you got hit by an arrow you would go heal. if you heal, normally, you shouldn't have an arrow sticking out of your chest . and im also quite impatient to see what that "unreveal" thing will be
