I want the AI to fire it's generals powers at the nearest enemy super weapon, but I don't know how. The closest I found was: Team 'teamSkirmishAmerica' use Ability 'Command_A10ThunderboltMissileStrike' on nearest object of type 'Super Weapons', but that fires on allied and enemy units too. Help!

Ive never tried it so it might not work, but cant you set the TeamSkirmsh*insertgeneralhere* to hunt using that command button ability then set priority as superweapons to max?

Thats another reason why the AI needs a superfast invisible unit, set it with a melee weapon (should hover above the SW really) to attack it (no damage) and fire the power at the unit which we could call AFgen_targetter1 or something...
i also have the full layout for making sure multiple generals of the same type can use it without confusion etc etc...
all we need is someone that isnt time challenged like me to do the new unit(s)...

Ah-uh.. if you tell the AI to HUNT using a commandbutton ability, the object's ini will need a CommandbuttonHuntUpdate. You could tell the generic team (e.g., teamSkirmishUSA for vanilla USA) to USE the commandbutton ability on the nearest enemy object of type '???' though.

In the 'define object lists' script for each General, make a new list entry for 'enemy super weapons' that contains every super weapon but its own. Then you can attack an object from that list. Of course, that approach will fail when a General is facing another player using the same General but Im sure it could be tweaked.

If you can get it to work using the HUNT command, you don't need to eliminate the superweapon from the same side generals. When hunting, the AI automatically only targets enemy units.

I tried it, and the AI launched the generals powers against it's own SW and then gave me a serious error.
