it seems that some of our members have failed to put forth the effort in continueing, leaving me and a few other dedicated members with the outmost respect to say that DoC will live one day, but that day will not come any time soon. With an exception of bf2 coming out next year, we will continue working on DoC and be one of the few mods to be released on the bf2 engine. Sadly, we do not have enough members or content to release the mod on BFV. But trust me when i say this, sometime next year, you will be battleing eachother in DoC with a better engine and possibly even more features. Along with a new site and forum...

We are not dead, just taking a break from this mod thats all

oh well, i'll buy BF2 then. It's true i'll have cool features; like the commander mode, your stats that unlocks weapons (just too say a fearless knight with a score of 20 kills 3 deaths can be awarded a glowing golden sword; it's not better than the normal steel one, it's just more fun and flashy), alot more character customisation, more players and so on and so on... Anyway, good luck in not forgetting to bring it back from the dead when the time comes.
