I've seen all these, there where's waldo is an optical illusion, you have to look at the screen from really close and you can see him. After every minute they give you a hint, so make sure your speakers are on.

Yeah, it depends on what kind of mood your in. Once I tried it in a good mood and laughed so hard, but then later I was really mad and didn't even crack a grin.
