if your opponent has a nuke ready, and hasnt used it for a few seconds or whatever, you can "hack it" and steal it from him and nuke him with his own nuke (aswell as particle & scud). it should be a superpower along the lines of... defector with a 6 minute timer?
your opponent has a scud, you 'defect' the scud to your side, you only have 5 seconds to pick it, and launch it, you do... after 5 seconds its back to his again, but he has to wait another 5 or so minutes to use it, and he is realizing that he;s getting scudded by his own scuds.
is this possible?
if so... how the hell do i do it?

Although I would consider increasing the time from 6 minutes, since thats basically every time a nuke goes off or you'll catch every other Superweapon Launch. Ideally your opponent would build any superweapons since you'd hit them as many times as they hit you.

You cant actually use the Special Power generically, it actually needs to be witheld in a specific unit, you cant trigger it like the EMP pulse or A10 Strike, a unit actually needs to be doing it. You could however use the Science Point to be able to purchase a building/unit which has this 10 minute special power.
On top of that, theres absolutely no way to target just a super weapon. The special ability appears to be hardcoded on what it targets (disable for a vehicle, capture for a building) and you cant code it any other way.
On the plus side it might be possible to give it only a short lifetime effect. The disable code from the Black Lotus has a EffectDuration line. This is how long a vehicle remains disabled, if you put this line in the Capture code it might (no guarentee, i suspect it will crash, it might not) just keep it captured for that long.
In conclusion, its actually a lot harder to make it any different to the Black Lotus. It has to be a unit, it has to see the building and I suspect it cant only hold it for a short time. The only thing you can do is give it a mega long range.

How about a transportation like 'chrono tank' in red alert? transport the building over to your side capture it with a regular unit... or maybe give super lotus transport ability every 10 minutes? no... that means you can take over the entire base again, build 10 of those and your good to go.
how about a timer reset? you enable it from.. say internet center, and it resets all the timers back to full?
the down side being it resets yours aswell

You can limit the Super Lotus to only 1 like the normal Lotus so you couldnt swarm you opponent with them. You could make it a building instead and make it a SuperWeapon also, this would allow your opponent to see it and try and kill it.
And you cant recet SuperWeapon timers. Effectively you cant do anything to an opponents unit/building other than (i) attack it (ii) disable it (iii) capture it. You cant effect its upgrades, timers, anything.

you build a special building that looks like a small radio tower with the hit points of a command center and a global 10 minute countdown timer reading something along the lines of 'Super Hack' or whayever (i dont have any ideas right this second, im dead tired), you HAVE to put super lotus (or another character name) into it, and once you do, you have a 10 minute timer to capture the superweapon sinc eyou can see it on the map ANYWAYS and give the radio tower the mega long range.. lik ethe tower itself does the hacking, b ut you need lotus in it to do it (am i making any sense or have i lost it?) and have the bbuiilding the 'superweapon' tag to it so it shows up on radar aswell...
OKAY... is this hard to code now?

Code a New Building, for ease you can copy one of the existing Superweapons. Create a Command Button and change Dozer's command set (im presuming you know how to do this)
Copy the Special Ability from the Black Lotus to the Building, also copy the special power in SpecialPower.ini (renaming of course)
Increase its range to be huge (9999999.9 i think is the limit, check the other superweapons)
Rename to the new special power, add a timer to the Special Power (in specialpower.ini, remember its in milliseconds)
Remove the art work from the SpecialPower (The Binary Data Stream line) and remove the Unpack/repack time since this isnt needed.
Give your building a new CommandSet, create Command Button of new special power.
Done
