So why have you been sending emails to hosted mods, offering hosting to them, when they are already hosted by great sites anyways, like CNCNZ and such?

I've heard you've been doing this to quite a lot of people.

He uses information at ModDB, and as such it is hard to know if they are already hosted other places.

Well, when it comes to writing an expository essay about counter-insurgent tactics, I'm of the old school. First you tell them how you're going to kill them. Then you kill them. Then you tell them how you just killed them.

Yes, I remember him sending me an email for HiveMind when I didnt even apply. However, he does play Natural Selection so he might have found out that way.

He offers hosting to pretty much any project that may want it. Me and him seem to have lots of arguments regarding telepathy

He wants to offer hosting. So he sends emails to any and all projects that aren't Revora. Makes sense I suppose. He's competing with those sites for business. That's what he does ;)

I'm buying Lottery tickets. If i send an e-mail to 1 project, the chanses of getting a new project is very poor. If i send an e-mail to 20 projects, the chanses of getting a new project are improved.

Plus if the mod wants to move they will move. If they receive an e-mail all they have to do is delete it. Why such a big fuss?

It's not a lottery ticket until you have to pay for each e-mail. :p

- FlaK -, Everyone seems to have jumped on you :p
It is a touchy subject at the moment :)

I goto your FA site, i click forum. I see you have no forum.
If you want, you may have one here at Revora.

This is another lottery ticket. If i don't offer it, you will not know the offer is there for you. That is all i'm doing with every project i offer hosting to. Just placing my offer on the table.

Would you like a forum?

You could install phpBB, then try to find people to post in it.
Or you could have a forum made here in an almost instant and have people post in it without effort of finding them.

Though the second option means you have only little control, which most people don't like.

I've had a sub-forum before, on SavageWar, but I want the freedom to install my own hacks, ban my own members, and by the way, I'm already known by a lot of people at CGEN, DGNF, CNCNZ, and many other forums, so I had little problem with getting members.

Thanks anyway.
