I've heard you've been doing this to quite a lot of people.

Too cute! | Server Status: If you can read this, it's up |Well, when it comes to writing an expository essay about counter-insurgent tactics, I'm of the old school. First you tell them how you're going to kill them. Then you kill them. Then you tell them how you just killed them.

He wants to offer hosting. So he sends emails to any and all projects that aren't Revora. Makes sense I suppose. He's competing with those sites for business. That's what he does

I'm buying Lottery tickets. If i send an e-mail to 1 project, the chanses of getting a new project is very poor. If i send an e-mail to 20 projects, the chanses of getting a new project are improved.
It's not a lottery ticket until you have to pay for each e-mail.

It is a touchy subject at the moment
I goto your FA site, i click forum. I see you have no forum.
If you want, you may have one here at Revora.
This is another lottery ticket. If i don't offer it, you will not know the offer is there for you. That is all i'm doing with every project i offer hosting to. Just placing my offer on the table.
Would you like a forum?

But thanks for the offer, I get your point.

Or you could have a forum made here in an almost instant and have people post in it without effort of finding them.
Though the second option means you have only little control, which most people don't like.
