I think it is all good apart from 1 small bit (this is just my thoughts, no proof) Maybe if you had the time you could go through it and check?

Think i figured it out, its kinda stupid if it is..
Above ***Design Parameters***
it says

AnimationName = RuLegolas_ATND
AnimationMode = Once
End
End

Put another 'End' after it, to make 3 in total.

Lol I have realised the problem. Ayden's tutorial to add Haldir is kinda pointless, all you do is add ElvenHaldir to playertemplate. He should alter it so that it shows how to add a hero that doesn't already have an ini.
