Is there a way to prevent computer opponents from packing up and bailing when they get down to just a few units remaining? It just kinda steals the final moment of glory, yanno.

Simple
Usual routine first.
Open World Builder, go to Edit>Player List and hit "Add Skirmish Players".
Next, go to Edit>Scripts, make sure the "Auto Verify" checkbox is OFF, then hit "Import Scripts" and choose the SkirmishScripts.scb in your Command and Conquer Generals Zero Hour\Data\Scripts\ directory. (NOTE: I advise you use a fixed ZH SkirmishScripts.scb - get one here)
Now, all you need to do is to find the "Sell Off" folders in all the player folders (yes, everyone has one) and disable them by right clicking and then choosing deactivate.
Export your SkirmishScripts.scb, overwriting the old one, and you're done
