This is the reason why there should be a new subforum, for us to discuss these topics.Skin colour and gender doesn't make anyone better or worse or solution to anything. If she is competent, she can be a "solution" to USA problems. Giving power to someone because of their gender and skin colour is also a kind of racism.

i would have liked that. but then again, the chances for the first female president being a black one aswell in USA seems to me as a very long shot to say the least.Correct me if i'm wrong, but this bushes right hand woman right?
personally i would have liked to see hillary clinton try to become president next time, but i dunno what the american people think about her. if kerry desides he would like to try to get elected again, that might become troublesome for the democrats generally...

A good presidential portrait?
Let your eyes flock to the teeth... the teeth...
There are some damn good pictures of her in the Boston Globe bearing her teeth at the UN and practically hissing. She's a competent national security advisor and a smart woman, but tact?

I believe that is why alot of black people steer lear of high level positions. Though I don't feel this applies as much these days as US bigots are an endangered species for the most part.problem with being the first black president is a white supremist group would take them out... it's damn near a death sentence...
I personally don't care what color or gender they are. If someone is qualified than they are qualified. I'd even consider Hillary Clinton as she is smart and emotionally controled.
Just cause I'm republican I choose to vote any party. My choice. I just don't see many viable demcratic candidates. I'm sorta like Hybrid that I choose what I choose cause there doesn't appear to be a better choice.
I think a John McCain/Leiberman ticket is my dream team come true. I don't even care which order they appear in. They are both VERY moderate and sensible. This appeals to me.

That's a laugh. Actually most of the bigots are European. You have no idea how many people have come on my clan's server saying what we consider in America to be racial slurs as their every day language!

still, its mostly social rascism in conversations. i see very little of anything else. rule of thumb is the higher the education, the lesser the rascism. if you believe in such a thing, you usually have brought nothing but extra cost to the society anyway, and are most likely not looked upon as a "serious" person.
i should have dvelved a bit deeper into the topic, but i don't have time for it so i hope you get my point...

Actually most of the bigots are European. You have no idea how many people have come on my clan's server saying what we consider in America to be racial slurs as their every day language!

still don't get what good the gun laws do when 90% of the guns used to attack people are obtained illegallyThere's a reason why I'm an advocate of less strict gun laws for regular civilians.
