i need help here why i cant use the PM feature even the Email Feature?

Well, that's the best bit of this system 
If you know you have to make XX posts, then you will think "I'll make XX posts then PM spam".
If you don't know how many post you have to do, then you think "It could be 80, what a waste of time for some silly spam".

is this the EA mark skaggs? the one that made Generals and cancelled CNC3 to make Lord of the rings?
