I don't know if it's fixed. It always worked for me.
It's up to you people to try it and telll me if the 1 setting i changed has done anything.
If it still don't work, i'll make is so only admins can see it and use it for talkabout people behind their backs

Do you see the Praise system. If you do as a forum mod you can click the red and green squares to change the praise and note it.
Clicking the % gives you a history of all your praises.
