I think it's nice and solid, if a little simple. The synchronised rotors look like a cool effect, I'd like to see that, d'you have a .gif?

This beast seen in the film Avalon inspired me

I did want to make it look just like the one in the film but I didn't have the time so I just quickly put together what you see. I might make a proper one in the near future tho

You’re probably right about the rotors but then again it's a game so who cares & any way who are you to judge what’s realistic mister tesla turtle :)

I believe there are choppers in Real Life that use such a rotor system, athough I'm not sure what it's called. Husky or someting.

Found it: H-43 Huskie

Not completely placed as weird as MiG's, but it's the same system. More or less.

Well it has the same twin synchronised rotor system but they are not tilted like the one in the film. I agree with Mad tho, I doubt if a tilted one would work in real life, it would probably be pulled in two. Also the one in the film doesn’t have a tail rotor! it has some big ass bomb rack instead ^_^

No, since the two rotors spin in opposite directions, they counter eachother. It's like the Chinook's system.

It controls the torque from the main rotor, and is used to turn the helicopter. In straight flight it counters the tendency of the body to turn because of the main rotor. To turn you either slow it down (to turn with the rotor) or speed it up (opposite).

Well, when it comes to writing an expository essay about counter-insurgent tactics, I'm of the old school. First you tell them how you're going to kill them. Then you kill them. Then you tell them how you just killed them.
