Because they are the father and have as much right as the mother. I hate how in our country the fathers always get pushed out and thrown aside just because the women carries the child and then gives birth to it. Its a 2 way thing, children don't just drop from stalks in the sky ali LOL

I do know that
and I know it should be up to the father as well this is why it gets so fuzzy how to make both parents happy.
