Thatcher

A) Almost started a civil war. Attacked innocent miners then manipulated the press to make it look as though the miners attacked first.
B) Black Wednesday, where Britain lost £400,000,000 in one day, and pensioners who got their pension on that day or soon after lost almost all of it. Basically, there were people whose pension basically vanished through Thatchers cock-up.
C) She stole milk from schoolchildren
D) She granted Augusto Pinochet asylum (he's now Surrey's resident war criminal and torturer) because he lent a small hand in the Falklands war. Reason enough, apparently, to ignore the 200,000 people he tortured.
E) Dreadful management, with power cuts almost every week.
F) Sold off all government-owned businesses! Problems with transport? Telephones? Down to Thatcher i'm afraid.
Not as bad as Hitler of course, but I wish only the worst on Margaret Thatcher. May she die a prolonged, agonising death.

Most of the problems in Britain today, The pension crisis, the terrible school system, the asylum situation, The terrible public transport services all Thatchers fault. Blair has done his best at trying to sort the problems, which has resulted in 66 tax rises and many in stealth to cover their government spending gap.

Your country has turned into a Xenophobic slum since atrocities of September 11th 2001. And that only happened due to bushes negligence and complacency.
Tell me im wrong!
How many terrorist attacks happened under Clinton?
Its all about the OIL baby!!
And only a complete moron would suggest that water is as good a source of calcium as milk! Jesus Christ! What planet do you Americans live on??
Thatcher is the only Prime Minister in British history to have created poverty. The only decent thing she did (other than retire) was to stand up to General Galtieri of Argentina in the 1982 Falklands conflict!
Other than that she was a Bitch!!
My brother remembers her taking away the milk from schools in around 1980. He's 30 now and still bares a grudge against her for that

Sorry but i'm going to have to go against you here. Osama Bin Laden did attack the US many times. He attacked US embassies in other countries. The WTC was also bombed in 1993 (not sure if thats clintons time) but it still happened.

Don't categorise all americans. Its only a few who are misled or actually support bush.

I think the falklands was the most pointless war even. Its a shit zone, i would have let the guy have it. He obviously needed it more than us, yet i guess that would have went against her plans or reviving the British Empire LOL.
