Why have so many new people turned staff??

Jorg, Monkeystuff, etc.


I've wanted this position for ages and have been here for 6 months... yet im still not staff...

Oh for christs sake! All we get is a title, it means nothing, no real extra things come of it. The reason I am staff is I volunteered to make a project to help expand Revora in the help Revora thread. You really need to get over this title fettish you have and if you have a problem with it PM detail or MM not me!

EDIT- Dont class us 'new' I have been here since November and you have since July, thats only 4 months difference. Sheesh *takes chill pill*

Jesus fucking hell, I've been here long like rest(AG etc..) and still not admin or anything, Mr. [MoD]Cha0s C0ntr0L you need to grow up..don't just ask to be admin just becoz of cool or anything, you'd be better off convincing current admins with reasons such like why should you be made admin and what would you use your power for to tip the chances to your favor, by begging in this way you have ensured only more delay to that plan of yours unless you want truly the honor of admin that got to be admin as he was pitied on...

No you don't. The admins can spot every good person and promote them.
People have to make some sign that they want in.

Well, If it's OK with you, I can provide hosting on my miasmaentertainment.com domain. They'll still use the Revora forums and the network bar, just a different site address. I've started doing this with MIFUNE, and I just have to figure out how to fix up a wierd password bug with FTP (yes, im that hopeless )

I'm a coder. I'm not going to be up myself and say quite a GOOD coder, since I'd rather let someone decide for themselves. I'm also (unlike recently due to non-Revora related events) usually a very friendly person.

I am usually very helpful to users of my projects, and am helping one of my friends (who is registered at revora, his name is addicted) select an engine and help him get his own business off the ground.

I dont really have one single project. As I posted above, I can provide numerous things, such as more choice for people who might not want Game-Mod.net or something like that. I can help with coding, the Half-Life engine, and to a certain extent website design.

I know we sound liek an angry mob detail, but [MoD]Cha0s C0ntr0L has made his opinions clear in several threads regardings, citizens etc.

I'm sure your a nice guy [MoD]Cha0s C0ntr0L but seriously just accept the food chain.

He PMed me complaining more than once, posted the same 'Why are new people staff?' thread in loads of forums and on the issue of 'new members' since he is new here as well I dont think he should try and place himself above members like Jorg, me and others.
If you did not spam so much for trivial matters such as 'titles' then I would have no problem with you Mod, but you just seem to bitch at me so much, even through PMs!
Anyway, in spirit of 'turning over a new leaf' I fully support you becoming staff if you agree also to 'turn over a new leaf' and stop spamming for a title?
