The curser in the menu, and in the game is invisible, but can still click things if your lucky enough to get it over the button.
Has anyone else had this problem? How do I fix it?

I havent had this problem, try uninstalling and reinstalling the mod

Be sure that any other mods are uninstalled before installing Defcon. Also, as Defcon makes no changes to the cursors ingame, I would guess that an improperly installed mod that modified them previously was poorly uninstalled. Uninstalling and reinstalling generals should help.
