Why do I keep getting promoted and demoted to Comizen? (Citizen)

No, I haven't promoted you, just demoted. While D wants you to be a comizen right now, all other people who replied to that topic thought it would be better to give you that position when you reduce your excessive spam.

Detail in not the head. All the admin are equal. If Detail wanted to be "head" then he would be the only Admin on the forum and the rest would be Moderators.

Usually there has to be a majority desition for something to happen. In this case there hasn't been an agreement. So it seems

Thats not what Revora stands for. Its a group choice which is reflected through the Comizens Group, people must second nominations etc etc.
This is a prime example of why you are not a Comizen at the moment, sorry but it is. Your need for a title to boost you're er e-penis?
Basically I would second your nomination if you did not spam as much for random titles, you seem to contribute to the creative works here, I think other staff, admins and comizens also agree...but I could be mistaken.
