I'm sorry I forgot to answer that question.
Animations for my mounted (horse) Nazgul is ok, although it isn't perfect.

I need someone to duplicate what you have done successfully for me to know it works. Have a friend follow your tut and if it works, it's in...I wrote a tutorial so hostile will have a look at it and if it's fine he will upload it

is it a must to have ea patch 1.01 before install and try your hero mod?

With all them negatives (full health when toggling and the such) I don't think I would be interested in this. However, I will try it just because I use mordor.
