ok I know you have to add him to playertemplates.ini and make sure he has a commandset, but I don't know if he has a commandbutton.....can somone make one for me?

commandbutton for what? as far as I know the only ability that default Elrond has is toggle weapon and there IS a commandbutton for that. It's CommandButton Command_ToggleElrondWarriorWeapon.

Leave his ini in the elven folde, dont change it. Add ElvenElrond to whatver team you want him on in playertemplate.ini

actually i think the commandbutton he's talking about is the heroportrait.. but well as flame of udon said, adding elvenelrond to playertemplate is all to be done
