Ok, I wanted a different image for Athelas which I added to Elrond. Here is exactly what I did.

I opened DDS Converter 2.1, and converted hselrond_001 into a tga file. Then I opened CameoMapper and set co-ordinates in top left and bottom right. Did complete entry and called it Elrond Athelas. Then I saved it as Elrond Athelas image. Opened up data\ini\mappedimages\handcreated\handcreatedmappedimages and copied the code from Elrond Athelas image into handcreatedmappedimages file. Then I called it ElrondAthelas like this:

MappedImage ElrondAthelas 
Texture = elrond2.tga
TextureWidth = 256
TextureHeight = 256
Coords = Left:187 Top:3 Right:254 Bottom:61
Status = NONE
End

Then, in Elronds command button for his athelas power, typed ElrondAthelas. However, in the game it showed up as a pink circle. What have I missed/done wrong.

Why is texture elrond2.tga?
It should be hselrond_001.tga
If you are using a new dds file, you have to deal with asset.dat.
Btw the coordinate is very weird :o

Hmm thanks I will change it to hselrond_001.tga. Also the reason I have strange co-ordinates is that I wanted the leaf picture in the top right.

EDIT: Well, I dont know why only some of the image is showing, but it's the leaf.

You don't have to copy paste the info. That folder is not too picky. You can have it as it's own file inside that folder. Sorta like the objects folder.
