i know this is a odd topic but how do you uninstall the mod. the readme says nothing about it. need some help please

there are 2 ways 
1 you delete the files of contra
2 you delete your hole zero hour map and go by software reapair and you have zero hour back that way

Remove the Contra.big
Remove the data\english\generals.csf
Restore the backup you made of data\scripts\scripts.scb (not sure of the file extension)
You did the backup, didn't you?
