Looks good, why have an archer range and the two barracks? Make the archers be built at the barracks as well. Also, the spellbook looks a bit strange. Call the elves? Just give them summon elves but change it to Last Alliance elves instead. As a quick tip, it's probably easier to copy and edit existing spells instead of making brand new ones. Get making and good luck!

It says in the Silmarillion that ALL species were divided that day. So there would be lots of different units on the Last Alliance.

No way, I think probably dwarves, men, elves, maybe Majair or whatever they are called. Maybe eagles and hobbits, I haven't read the Silmallarion.

All living things were divided in that day, and some of every kind, even the birds and beasts, were found in either host, save the Elves only.  They along were undivided and followed Gil-galad.  Of the Dwarves, few fought on either side, but the kindred of Durin of Moria fought against Sauron

Thats the quote, read and take it as you will. Although, IMO, your mod doesn't have to be exactly true to the book. I know you want to keep it Tolkien-history correct, but if you do, you'll be making an incredibly accurate and detailed mod. Just keep it as you like it :)

What a coincidence, I'm also planning to make a Last Alliance section!
There can be two kinds of Elven warriors, one with bow and sword (normal elven warrior's skelton) and the other with a spear and elven shield (Towerguard's skelton). I've created Gil-Galad with a spear and shield and I'm also planning to make second age normal elven warriors with the same kind of equipments :p

These are the list of units that I have in my plan. We might exchange some ideas with eath other.

Heroes
Elendil (not done yet)
Isildur (reskinned)
Gil-Garad (done)
Elrond (more or less done)

High Elven Warriors (toggle bow/sword)
High Elven Heavy Armors (spear and elven shield)
Gondorien Infantries
Gondorien Archers

I think numorean and gondorien soldiers mean the same thing, but i may be wrong.

There weren't really any Gondorian soldiers since Gondor didn't really exist.

The Faithful from Numenor (lead by Elendil) had a kingdom covering most of the West in the living world map. Afterwards, the kingdom was split between north and south and the southern part became a seperate kingdom: Gondor.

This would mean that Gondorian troops are Numenorean....

Elven spearmen? Nice....

Hmm all the spellbook powers seem to be "Call the somethings". Try and add a little variety, otherwise it looks good.
