hey all, since some systems had problems in running the launcher the mod has been updated with a few new features as well fixed the problem hopefully for all :dry:

1.95 release of the mod download

this is the best mod that i have played, :) but there some more bugs to fix ^_^ i have played 4 games two crasht with that internal error one 30 s in to a games

What Maps did you play the mod on? Because on sume un-offical maps RS does give an IE. ^_^

the map i use is 'Ra2 vs Tiberian Sun'

Edit played it 2 x 1 played ok and 1 did not?

That's why then. It may have some slight bugs on that were left over from the creator. Try something like hammer and Sickle or something

No Wimps and Powder Keg, as well as old favourite Heck Freezes Over are particularly good for multi-AI battles.

please keep in mind, I can't guarantee working with third party assets that the mod design hasn't been designed for.

one example is trying play original campaigns, for example the allied, you can get IE possibly when script tells unit enter iFV which isn't IFV in RS anymore and is chrono apc instead... of course you can send the map to me for study this problem for possible fix but in the end if I started fixing so called bugs from non-official things in continued basis I would most likely discover that

a) the map maker has coded some stuff poorly.

b) the mod changes conflict with the map changes.

c) its trying use RA2/YR feature that has been changed/removed.

d) the mod itself has hidden bug...

i look at the map
no trigger, taskforces, team and scripts but some ini editing to oil derrick and secret lab and some more may be.
all the tech buildings on map

ps you have mod the secret lab if that is the case then no secret lab can be on the mpas? or the free tech that you get from it ?

Secret Lab can be in the maps, building isn't removed but what it gives hasn't been edited...looked at it and it would give desolator which isnt in the mod, i techlevel=-1 disable it and it was template for new trooper sometime so could be one source of problem as I don't know what happens when secret lab item is unbuildable..whether overrides the fact or errors.

and if map enables the howitzers, there maybe the turret yes/no issue since normal howi not have turret.

I'll edit the secret lab givings accordingly for newer versions however ^_^

The AI's units get stuck on bridges and just stay there dont know why but they have like 30 units and just let them stay on the bridge.

yeh, there were bridge sticking problems in the original game anyways, so not much you can do to fix that without source...

or tuning down the AI again down to stupid level that sends only a few units so for sure they don't get stuck on bridge but are easy to counter. :w00t:

Lol i remember that on path beyond 2...massive horde of AI units from 3 of the AIs would just block itself off. Lagged the game to hell but it beats being owned by an uber-AI force.

Actually I might do that just to get my longer-ranged units Elite... bahahhaa! I feel an ass tactic coming on! >=)

you saving skirmish/multiplay games?

hmm to be truthful..i never even tried that. ;)

edit: did a test play with 1.95 and skirmish saved all fine and loaded up all fine with mod activated on country swing map...
i presume your error was internal error when tried load the save...

of course don't try load rs save with normal game or otherway around :p
