How the hell do I delete topics or make them pinned/stickied? I'm not that acclimated with IPB and I couldn't find it. WHERE IS IT?

In the top left corner of every forum page I get
Logged in as: Daz ( Log Out · Admin CP · Mod CP )
You won't get admin, but if you're set as a Mod you'll get the mod one.
Also, at the bottom left of every topic there's a Moderation Options drop down.
Edit: You don't seem to have mod powers for anything.
I gave you mod powers in the ES forum.
