Does anyone know all the heroes for battle for middle earth and what MOD they are on. Also how do you change an MOD

You can find all the heros in BFME in the ini.big.. they are in the objects folder either goodfaction or badfaction...it's better you go look for it yourself cause you will learn more that way..but you can ask in here too if you have question 
as for changing MODs you can simply edit the ini files in the same b.big file
