You might want to change the guidlines on warnings, since now posting warez is more than a ban and a half (if a ban and a half is even possible)

He was closing topics, which i hate.
I've been warned a few times, but my own staff keep lowing it back down :uh:

I beleive I was deleting them actually.He was closing topics, which i hate.
Which I was then explained to about and it hasn't happened since.

I've unwarned D before... he had a 10% and I unwarned him with the reason being "becuase he is a nice guy"... hehe, call me a suckup if you like, but It just seemed like the right thing to do!

I changed the max warnings from 10 to 5. Warning someone 10 times takes ages. Warning 5 times does not. Less tolerance to evil.
If your warning was 10% (1 warn of 10) it will now be 20% (1 warn of 5).
If your warning was 10% (1 warn of 10) it will now be 20% (1 warn of 5).
