To BBFun administrators,
A few days ago, a person named 'gufu' registered at the Revora Community forums (http://forums.revora.net) and announced that his own boards, C&CGames, which are hosted by BBFun, were now open to the public:

When visiting those boards (located at http://www.bbfun.com...ncworldfilesfo), it became blatantly obvious that the whole site is nothing more than the entire concept and layout of Revora forums, but edited to his own ends. Besides copying our work and forum layout, his forum also makes an implicit claim that he would be hosting the projects that are currently hosted at Revora. The forums are misleading, and could be used to give new members of those forums the impression that he in fact owns and hosts our projects.
We have already notified gufu and Yuri78945_68 of this infringement of ownership, and expect him to take his forum down soon. If he is not capable of or refuses to do this, I request that BBFun terminates his hosting immediately for violations of the terms of service that apply to BBFun. I quote:
We will DELETE your forum if:
If we receive any complaint about your forum isn´t following our T.O.S. (terms of service)
Your forum may not include:
* Any other content that promotes illegal activity or infringes on the legal rights of others
End quote.
