I think i'll convert ALL staff forums to this new system.

This is to solve the problem of passwords being leaked to bad people, or passwords being guessed.

TFH team will be the first to use this new secure staff forum feature.
I decided it's worth the hassel to set this up after i saw 'deathstrijkijzer' (bvoerman@hotmail.com) looking at a topic in TFH's staff forum.

This main forum can be seen by everyone in the Project Team group and in the Hosted group. Because of this i can be used as a good place for hosted mods to get more staff.
An example: Comrade-Max is a good modeler and can see this forum as he's part of TFH. Project Raptor might need a modeler. The leader of Project Raptor can make a post here knowing that only people who can mod can see his request.

To have people added to the new Project Team members group make a new topic. To have your staff forum converted so that only people in the Project Team can see it make a new topic. Your forum can still be password protected to stop people from other teams looking in.



Questions are VERY welcome. I'd like to write up a proper information topic for this, as i don't feel this topic covers everything it could.

I"m a bit confused... so are you saying that the tfh protected forum is now *hidden from public* and this is the forum where one would request for someone to be allowed to see the tfh protected forums?

But I also that I read above that this forum is kinda like a central forum for the staffs of the mods, used for requesting help from other mods and such?

As you can see I'm a bit unclear about all of which, but at the same time, it doesn't effect me too much, considering the fact that I'm not a mod leader (although when ppm is done, I may freelance the mods of the C&C Community adding help where it is needed) someone may need to know this and be too shy to ask :tocol: . But I personally just like to know whats going on, so I'm not all screwed up.

TFH's staff forum, which is in there project forum, is hidden from the public.
This forum is a hub for staff members of diffirent teams.
