OH YEA- now I run AMD Athlon 3.3ghz, Nvidia 128mb GC, 256mb RAM, twin 60gb HD's etc. Bloody rules I tell you what (or at least in comparison to my old one or Blacklegion's for that matter...

and some random shit like drawingtablet yadda yadda...

i'm gonna clock it up to 3.4 perhaps 3.6 if i can get it to run stable at that speed..
videocard is gonna be cranked up aswell and the DDR Ram timings

Torns just shown me a real killer pc, sorry jugger, but it even kills yours.

3800+ amd 64, 2 nvidia 6800 gt's and a gig of ram for fun, the only thing I would do to it would be to add some kinkston ram, not the kind you can take lightly either, im after the heat shielded godness they do

Jugger's pc isn't that special because it's a P4. AMD 64 3200+ (what I have) beats even a P4 3.6 in benchmarks (i was showing sam last night lol). GO AMD YOU BUFFOONS!

And why do I need 1gb of ram (I have 512) or anything above a radeon 9600 (what I have) when I can run HL2 at full graphics and get 60fps.

Speaking of graphics cards, there was an amazing article in PCGamer about our obsession with getting the latest stuff. It's a laugh.

y'know you could wait 'till somebody puts on a really good offer (like I did) and get a pretty good PC, then just upgrade what isn't as good as you'd like... like I might upgrade my RAM some time...

I have a nice big sexy monitor.. .so me is happy

and it runs nice and fast

and it was cheap enough, with a pretty good printer chucked in

I have one because the Athlon notebooks were way to expensive.
P4 2000
256+512 MB DDRRam (No name+kingston)
20 GB Hdd (+160 external)
DVD burner external
ATI Radeon M9 (sucks, but I don't like shooters, so whatever)
15"TFT internal :-P
21" normal monitor external (free from daddys work, he's an architect)
That's pretty much everything interesting at it :-)

yeah you all talk, but look at the money i've spend on it...
not much for all the hardware i've got running

and sure there are computers which would own mine fair and square but still i'm having a monstermachine i've got the 1024 ram because i need to run my flightsim IL2/Forgotten Battles+Aces Expansion Pack+Pacific Fighters a bit smooth on 'perfect' settings.. which requires atleast a comp as fast as mine is..

All the exams are done, will get the results of the written ones in mid-june, got 12 points (=2+ in German unterstufen system or a an A in an American history honours class) in my oral today... Will be off to Argeles sur mer/France next thursday for 2 weeks.
