Whenever an admin sets them up.

Anyhoo, i have an idea.
A new member group. This member group shall be based on helping hence the name helpers. These people will help out new people, help out the forums and just generally help out, they might even have a forum of their own if allowed.


Also i did a member icon for the New Members group, just a joke but you can use it if you want

Well, its too pink IMO. You should try some more colors, but its nice anyway, just too purple/pink

Id give both the sigs a darker purple color, cause its too pinkish for a good Yuri theme.
