some have effects like HERO but can i for example add whatever KindOf code to a unit eg when trying to customize leadership ?
because i want Lurtz to be affected by Saruman's spell and same with hobbits affected or Gollum.
so for Lurtz, could i add LURTZ in his KindOf and then add LURTZ to the list of units affected by the spell ?

There are specific words for KindOf, i tried what you mention but only a few words are acceptable.
But you can find a marker and use it elsewhere for your purpose.
For example, i have put "MINE" in gimli or dwarf berserkers KindOf, and added balista to my dwarven faction, and with the code (used mainly in extended edition) for the balista to have a passenger filtered by "MINE" i can put a dwarf on it and throw it
I guess you can do the same with a marker of low influence, for what you need.
Otherwise, there is another system using "key". I don't know this one well but you can try it. I've seens more random words in it, maybe you can add whatever word you'd like.

Huho, no, he won't explode... Well not really...
I just thought that every flame arrow has a damage nugget 10000% on MINE...
I don't know for the words :( if i find them i'll tell you.
yeah he must be on fire sometimes

I have tried to find an .ini where they could be ruled, but without success :(
Take care as some may have more influence than i thought.
The MINE tag for example forbids the attack cursor. I tried to put CAN_ATTACK to compensate but it didn't work :(
