Stationary anti-air is a must. It will definately be in.
Stationary Artillery is probably not going to be used for skirmishes. Maybe for 1 or 2 sides, but it will not be a common thing.

Hey guys, are you also planning to make some stationed artillery and AA stuffs? I'm sure you'll be having those mobile types but is it possible that you guys add it?

Mongoose's artillery isn't really From WW2. Mobile artillery will be mostly in the form of Flakpanzers, Trucks with AA guns on the back, etc:-
