360...Rather ironic for a box.

It's the most powerful thing ever to hit gaming. The Xbox2 will have nothing on it. THat's already been announced. Sony will still dominate the market, though I just know that beast is gonna ship at £500 which will mean nobody buys it. Same goes for xbox2.

actually due to mass production and improving economies of scale, when it comes out it will probably be really cheap

Its Sony's market.

The only disappointment I have [ and really, it dosn't effect me , but ti will effect their marketing for the PSP ] is the fact that the PS3 does not have a UMD player.


Which means their propriatory DVD format for the PSP will not have the sales it could have, if, say, UMD could also be played on your TV via your PS3.


People are going to be more inclined to buy UMD video if they can play it on their TV, instead of JUST on their PSP

The N64 was the best console ever created. Years ahead of the competition and an absurd ratio of good games. Personally though, i'm waiting for the revolution...

which were stupidly expensive due to the catridge and expansion graphic pack needed to play certain titles (personal experience with N64)
