the tzar is actually the russian derivation of ceasar. the title was used after the breakup of the roman empire into the holy roman empire and the byzantine empire. the byzantine was closer to russia, who adopted their alphabet and the name of thier ruler as well.

Looks pretty good. I'd like that gun to be a tad meatier, though. Or is it supposed to be a Soviet incarnation of a Grizzly? if so it's fine

I've made it for my mod. It is supposed for early Anti Armor and Anti Infantry Rushes but it has worse sight & speed than Praetorian (Praetorian is smaller and has thiner but longer barrel - 75mm when Tzar's is shorter, wider and uses 90mm shells).

Mmm, the lower 3 tanks, look at their barrels. Their a bit off arent they, they seem to veer to either side on it

Corrupt program now requires constant reboots and does not function at all in majority of instances. Designed with a web browser component to replace AOL, it has exceeded our expectations by being more crashy and unreliable and with worse tech support. We didn't think it was physically possible! A general product recall is advised; when it does function it seems to require background processes Girl 0.1Beta to stave off further crashes. Will someone PLEASE remove that code, and insert Backbone 1.9 in its place? That's assuming we even bother to continue this prog.

"Tank" is usually a generic term for an AFV.
Technically though, tanks are supposed to be tracked and have a rotating turret for them so be considered as such.
Also Radaral, please at least try and be as correct as possible if you are going to insist on being pedantic...
