whats going on FS-21. I have been gone awhile from this borad sorry. But my question is since My OS is XP and for some reason it only runs the old
MS-DOS setup mod which is wried and I can't update the mod from v130 so what can I do thank you

C&C:R Mod Manager requires .NET framework to work, after install win9x or WinXP you must download & install the .NET (can be found in your language in Windows Update or search in the web).

And please... don't update directly from the MM v1.30 to the MM v2.1 that the file list of the mod is very different & imcompatible (see that .mix filelist list here)

In other words: if your are trying to update from 0.91/0.92 to 0.98 you must delete all .mix file/.ini files/maps (.yrm & .map) from the C&C:R folder EXCEPT C&C:R theme packs & taunts (don't worry that the mod download can be stopped & resumed when you can)

And if I'm not wrong Win2003 has included the .NET
