At least take the small amount of time to login...
This program, though reasonably normal at times, seems to have a strong affinity to classes belonging to the Cat 2.0 program. Andre 2.7 will break down on occasion, resulting in garbage and nonsense messages whenever it occurs. Usually a hard reboot or pulling the plug solves the problem when that happens.

The best question is "Where is the mod download page?" and will be found here (not finished yet because I don't know what can be included in this section

0.xx versions are private betas (except the 0.99) then only they (beta-testers) can get the mod using the MM (C&C:R Mod Manager).
