its not really grammar issues (although it is kinda rushed and about as readable as a piece of paper which has been bled on by a rohan peasant) but the point is this person doesn't seem to appreciate the amount of effort and time put into work.

You need to be known by the community and respected and if dedicated to work, people might do one or two favors
