Nice job at moving objects from one model to another. Looks smooth.

Specific Comments:

Gondorian Spearman: Maybe it just the angle, but that spear looks incredibly short.

Warg Archer: Nice idea; got plans on how to animate it?

Galadhrim: How do you plan to animate the cloak? Will you still use the RUElfWar_skl, or will you switch to GUFaramir_skl so the cloak will animate? And if your are still going to use the original Elven Warrior animations for the Galadhrim with the sheath, you'll have to move it. The animation puts the sword away on the back, not on the hip (something I have to fix with a couple of my own models).

El`orien: Looks good. Is it a guy or a girl (can't tell without a skin)? I think I see boobs...

gondor spearmen, i will have to m,ake the spear longer it is the SOR spear without the jaggedy thing,
Warg archer... no idea i will have to use the warg running anims, maybe goblin archer shooting? idont know
el`orien female, i need to edit her to look more feminin, but keep in mind shed wearing armour so its not going to be the same as say eowyn
galahdrim i plan on using the cape model, but i dont like faramirs anims for it to bulky i think

But the Elves don't have a skeleton with a cape. The only models that have a cape and use both melee and bow weapons are Faramir and the Gondor Rangers. You can't just take part of the Elf animation then stick a cape animation on from one of the above. You'll have to either use the Faramir/Ranger skeleton with your Elves, or you'll have to just ditch the cape.

I just rigged the cloaks to follow the Elves bones. It looks fine, especially since the elves have their cloaks pulled pretty tight around them due to their sheath and quiver.

there has to be a way to simply edit the skeleton and create anims...
