I have 1 PC, and 1 Laptop. The PC is a gaming machine, and the Laptop is used for school work.

currently I've got 1 laptop, 1 "pc" (read server). Fairly soon it will be 1 laptop, 1 server, 1 pc?.

I have one PC, and one laptop for school (we had to rent it). I pretty much do everything on my PC, since it's way better than my laptop (2.0 Ghz Celeron, but it's about as fast as my old Pentium III 866 MHz used to be, only 256 MB of RAM, and school puts all crappy programs on it that run in the background, which makes it kinda slow. I'd rather have my AMD Athlon 64 3400+ with 1024 MB RAM). So I use the laptop only when I go to university, or when I need a program that's not on my PC (since we never got any disc with the laptop).
Wow, 2 laptops and 2 PCs, what do you use them for?

1 PC:
Athlon XP 2600, 512MB RAM, GF 4200 128 MB etc. etc.

2 PC's, one is the one I currently use, the other is the one before that, which I use to play games that refuse to work on XP/SP2... Yeah, I don't use that too much.

1 PC, looking to acquire a fairly cheap laptop for school by '07.
3.0GHz Pentium 4 with hyperthreading, 1024MB 333MHz DDR SDRAM (When the 1024MB blocks come out, I'm going up to 3GB), ATI Radeon 9800 Pro (Which I may be replacing eventually when the 7800s get cheap), 250GB harddrive with the ability to go up to 300 GB with my old drive, DVD-RW and CD-RW, and this is all on the Dell 4600C chassis... you know, the mid-line one. Not as grossly expensive as the XPS (I know someone who paid for an XPS... and let's just say he may not be financially hurting, but he's got to contend with a second car payment for his PC now), but not absolute crap. Fairly good space inside, nice motherboard with enough PCI and RAM slots.

One laptop and three PCs ... one is mine, the other is a shared family one, and the third is our server. Lol. My PCs crap, but never mind. ^-^ It works for what I want.

I have 3 PC's in my house, and two laptops. I own one computer, then the other 2 are used by my family (although one very rarely). One laptop is my Dad's current work laptop, the other is his old work laptop.

I had 2 pc`s and currently i`m on my third one. My dad said that this is the last pc he will ever buy for. But he didn`t said that he won`t give me money for upgrades :p

well there not mine so I don't own them but there are 3 systems in the house.
2 of high quality (AMD 3200+ 64bit etc etc) and 1 "pc" (P2 0,2 Ghz 32mb RAM 2,5Gb lol)

I got 2 gaming rigs, 2 servers, 3 pc's that are not being used (P3's and Celerons), 1 laptop, 1 pocket pc, 1Xbox (Hey it has to count, it has all the components of a pc. doesnt it? :cool: )

I have a pc to myself, there's a shared pc, and my dad has a laptop we can "borrow". I rarely use anything but my pc. I just use the other pc for battlefield 2.
