After tooling around with low poly modelling for Generals, I figured I should see what high poly modelling is like.

So, I decided to make one of the cooler looking jets, the F-15. I need some advice on:

a) technical stuff. Wing to big? Wrong bombs? Incorrect design? etc..... This is for people who know the jet really well.

B) making the model look "cleaner." This is for moddelling people who have experience. I don't think anyone who can model really well comes here, so general advice is fine.

This is the first version. I need to edit wing angles (like making them "close" at the ends) and some cockpit stuff. As I get advice, I'll fix it.

Here we go.....

first one is a little blurry, resize prob is at fault. Its a little basic looking for such high poly, but for a first try, not bad at all IMO

That's what I mean by "closing the wing edges." So they come to a line

needs more of a rise, and then a fall (? ) It looks more like a generic cockpit, not an F-15 cockpit.

I think I'm going to got to some 3d websites and talk to people there also, see if I can get to be really good ;)2
