Problems with GDI and NOD AI

GDI and Nod harvesters sometimes have strange activity where they'll get stuck behind refineries and won't dump their tiberium, leaving the AI with no money and making the game end sooner than it should.

I was going to post a picture, but can't figure out how to do that, but imagine 5 GDI harvesters stuck around the back of a refinery not moving. You can tell that that AI player has no money because they don't repair damaged buildings or build any more units. When I destroyed that refinery with a nuclear missile, the harvesters went and crowded around the other refinery and didn't do anything.

This happens almost everytime with GDI AI and sometimes with Nod AI. I've noticed that whenever I play as Nod or GDI, my harvesters will first go beside the refinery, and then enter it, even though that refinery is free. I think that this is a serious issue, as there is nothing worse than playing a good game and having the AI just stop an hour into it. (When the AI is playing, though, it gets top marks from me, because it is very good and challenging.)

Don't worry, I can imagine this, in what AI lever you played?

C&C:Reloaded -> 5 different armies: GDI, Nod, Allies, Soviets & Yuri... & converted TS Terrain!!

The AI level is Brutal.

Just to add to my previous post, I played a skirmish game with 3 GDI enemies, 2 of them were brutal, and the other was medium. The medium AI never had more than 4 harvesters, while the 2 brutal AI's each built 5 harvesters and both of them ended up getting stuck. So the problem seems to be when the AI builds 5 harvesters. I had 2 Nod allies (both brutal) and they had no problems.
