Hey guys, I just got into Only War, and not trying to suck up on you guys, but you've got great infantry as well as vehicles and structures models, and sweet texturing as well. I don't know much about Warhammer but because of the Terminator screenie I saw back then, I got interested and thought of giving it a try. Although I always fancy to go head to head with AI, which Only War is presently lacking I believe, I still had fun building those units and just looking at them is enough (Ummm, yes, I apologize for being a hermit )

Normally, I definitely don't modify other people's great work, but your work is just too awesome I wanna give it a try to go against the Generals factions. I was wondering if you guys would help me, how can I enable the old Generals factions so that I can give it a kick against its AI? I fairly know some stuffs about coding so I assure you I won't give anyone a hard time if I am to be instructed to do so. I quite understand the delicate nature of this thread. I apologize if I offended anyone with this. I'd deeply appreciate it if anyone from the team would reply to me here or a PM would be great as well.

Hey man, Welcome to the boards.

Glad ya like the mod.

To enable the old teams with the mod you'll have to do lots of things i think.. cant really remember what you had to change in specific tho..

I'd prefer if you gave making new AI for OW a go instead. ^^

Yep, I actually gave it a kick with the playertemplate, added the USA, GLA and China, but now they're the ones who don't have AI.

I apologize if I sound like I'm bitching, it's just that for a beta release, I only see a handful of flaws that's why I kinda got hooked into it, but still, no one to play with. :(

But that's ok, I'm positive there'll be AI on the next patch/release. Keep it up guys.

Gamesworkshops has incredibly strict rules to protect their intellectual property, one of which is that any mod must be a total conversion, and cannot mix their characters and races with those that are not gamesworkshop. Other mods have gotten into serious trouble messing with this, so adding the other factions into the mod may be fun to do on your own computer but i strongly suggest you do not make a non total conversion warhammer conversion
