How To Not Sound Like A Moron When Posting

Here are a few things that you may wish to read and refer to before having a discussion on an online message board, otherwise known as a forum.
First, some common words used in place of eachother:
Your - Possessive, as in "That was your stupid idea."
You're - Contraction for "You Are," as in "You're a moron."
Yore - Time long past, as in "The days of yore"
Their - Possessive, as in "Their son is stupider than they are."
They're - Contraction for "They Are," as in "They're all a bunch of idiots."
There - A place, as in "Go be an idiot over there."
Its - Possessive, as in "Its engine is broken because that idiot forgot to oil it"
It's - Contraction for "It Is," as in "It's smarter than its owner."
Won - Past tense of Win, as in "I won the award for the stupidest person of all time."
One - The number 1, which comes after 0 (zero) and before 2(two).
To - In a direction, as in "He went to the city for his brain surgery."
Two - The number 2, which comes after 1 (one) and before 3 (three)
Too - In addition or also, as in "He's a moron too." Also, more than needed or excessive, as in "You have too much stupididy."
Next we will go over the proper way to write a sentence.
Sentences begin with a capital letter and end with one of three punctuation marks. These marks are "." (period), "?" (question mark), and "!" (exclamation point).
A statement or a command should have a "." (period) at the end.
A question should have a "?" (question mark) at the end.
A powerful, yelling, forceful, or excited statement should have a "!" (exclamation point) at the end.
Now for a bit of etiquette.
Please refrain from the overuse of "lol," "wtf," "lmao," "lmfao," "omg," "omfg," "wth," or any varients of these.
Also refrain from the overuse of words such as "dude," "man," and others like these.
There is one rule that you must hold above all others in this guide, and it is this: "NEVER TYPE IN ALL CAPS, IT IS THE MOST ANNOYING THING YOU CAN POSSIBLY DO, AND LOWERS YOUR PERCEIVED IQ LEVEL BY OVER 50 POINTS."

I'd like to add a few points though.
"$" is not a letter so please stop using it as one. It's not intelligent and simply makes you look like an uneducated fool.
"`" is not an apostrophe. This --> ' is an apostrophe. Please refrain from using the key to the left of the 1 as said punctuation mark.

Now lets end this argument before this drags on I know that what you guys are saying is right and I know I should be using a proper english since I got always got A's on my english tests and have a IQ above 5 which I won't tell you the exact number but just remeber this the real man of this world will do anything to win and complete the goal meaning short cuts are ok in some standards.

Carl has the right to express his views on the way forum posts should be made. He didn't directly flame or insult anybody, more gave pointers to newbie members on how to present themselves.
And on more or less all of what he said, I agree with him.
If your English isn't particularly hot because you are foreign, then exceptions can be made, particularly if what you say is intelligent and appropriate. I don't expect everyone to be blessed with perfect grammatical skill, particularly if English is not your first language.
However, if you are born in an English-speaking nation, you have more or less no excuse for posting like a retard omg wtf l33tk1d.
And I DEFINITELY agree with his points on punctuation. Reading some posters' posts, it's hard to tell where one clause ends and another begins.

That's true but people SHOULD strive to set higher standards. Forum grammar and sentence structure should be one of those things.
and downloading hentai pron and showing dead people is high standards? wtf?

i still sport Crzay Cral because i too am sick of redding meningless posts without punctuation or gramar that nobodycan undrstnd nd tht hs no actual meaning i also hate when fullstops rnt used n ppl tlk ntirely in 1337spk bcos thr 2 lzy 2 type full words out
If I can make an effort not to sound like the above paragraph (I have to tell you I found it hard to type that because I'm used to typing in regular English), and even those who are foreign can make an effort to make what they say understood (even if it's not totally correct), then I think we should all make an effort.
We have freedom of speech, but freedom of speech is only any good if people know wtf you're saying.
