Anyway, you have to make a forged blade type object, make it 2 sided, have the texture as add, set the colour you want in material editor then export it as 2 sided, and as a bone and the other one (cant remember what it is) .. That should do it
(Note that this is only one way of doing it, you could do it with FX in the ini's, my way requires editing the model)
